BIOGRAPHY

Dr Jonathan Rogers is an Associate Professor at the University of Cambridge. His research interests are in substantive criminal law, evidence, human rights and criminal procedure. He is Co-Deputy Director of the Cambridge Centre for Criminal Justice. His recent publications include The Time Limit on Prosecutions for Underage Sexual Intercourse in the Sexual Offences Act 1956: A Continuing Problem (2018), and A human rights perspective on the evidential test for bringing prosecutions (2017)
