Prof. Jill Marshall

BIOGRAPHY

Professor Jill Marshall is Professor of Law at Royal Holloway, University of London. She specialises in human rights law, particularly in relation to women, and covers topics such as privacy, personal identity, freedom of expression, and sexual violence. Her publications include Personal Identity and the European Court of Human Rights (editor, 2022), Human Rights Law and Personal Identity (2014), and Humanity, Freedom and Feminism (2005).
