BIOGRAPHY
Dr Craig Purshouse is a senior lecturer in Law at the University of Liverpool. his research interests are in medical and tort law, and his research in both areas has been cited by been cited by the UK Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal of Singapore, the High Court of England and Wales, and the England and Wales and Scottish Law Commissions. His recent publications include Tort Theory and the Interpretive Sleight of Hand (2023) and Leading Works in Health Law and Ethics (2023)
